Display Okta attributes in the Jira issue view

To view a user's Okta attributes, navigate to an Issue, and click on the Open Multiplier link in the sidebar.
Any user who can view an issue will be able to trigger an action in Okta from the side panel. The Requester will not be able to trigger Okta actions or view the actions menu from the request on JSM portal.
Example
Here's an example of using Okta actions to grant software access to a user using Multiplier.
Select the user by clicking on the User picker and then searching by the name and/or email.
Once you select a user, do the following:
1. Select the applications tab
2. Search for the application
3. Click on the application to select it.
A message will be displayed confirming the user was successfully granted access to the application.
