To generate an API token, follow these steps:

  4. Scroll down to API Tokens and click on Create API token.

  5. Enter a descriptive label for the token, such as "Multiplier Integration", and click Create.

  6. Once the token is generated, click Copy to clipboard to save the token. Make sure to store it securely, as you won't be able to view it again.

Step 2: Configure Multiplier

Now that you have generated an API token, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Apps > Manage Apps > Multiplier > Configuration

  2. Click on the Atlassian Cloud integration.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during the integration process, consider the following solutions:

  1. Double-check the API token, domain, and email address you entered in the Multiplier's application. Make sure you're using your personal API token, and not the organization token.

  2. Confirm that your Atlassian Cloud account has the necessary permissions.

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.
