Automate time-based access to apps

Multiplier can enable companies to implement least privilege in their access request worfklow by revoking access to resources based on an expiry duration in Okta, Azure AD, Jumpcloud and Google Workspace.

When the time limit for access has expired, the user will be automatically removed from the user group, revoking permissions and closing security gaps.

To set up time-based access, navigate to an app or a resource in Multiplier, and then head into the Settings tab and follow the steps below:

1. Enable the setting to revoke user access after the selected duration.
2. Select the durations end users can request access for.

Now, when users go to your portal and select this app, they will see an additional option that will require them to specify the access duration.
